Training Use and Disclaimer
CTS materials and TACTRIUM™ simulations support education and practice. They must not be used to direct actual emergency operations.
For training purposes only
Command Training Systems (CTS) provides websites, software, educational programs, simulations, exam preparation, and related materials for informational and training purposes. TACTRIUM™ is a simulated training environment. Do not use CTS materials, displays, recommendations, or simulated outcomes to direct actual emergency operations, dispatch resources, deliver patient care, or make real-time life-safety decisions.
Simulations have limits
Real incidents involve conditions, hazards, uncertainty, and consequences that a simulation cannot fully reproduce. Scenarios, timing, modeled arrivals, resource behavior, scoring, and other outputs may be simplified, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular department or jurisdiction. Instructors must evaluate the materials and assumptions before using them in training.
Follow applicable law, current protocols, department procedures, qualified supervision, and professional judgment in actual operations. Training exercises and simulated results do not replace those responsibilities.
Completion and exam preparation
CTS completion certificates document completion of the stated CTS activity only. They do not confer professional certification, licensure, accreditation, continuing-education credit, operational qualification, or authorization to perform a regulated activity.
CTS provides independent exam preparation. Study materials do not guarantee a passing score, promotion, employment, or correspondence with an actual examination. Verify eligibility, examination notices, required references, and other requirements with the responsible examination or credentialing body.
Remote pilot exam preparation
Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam Preparation is an independent CTS study course. FAA testing and examination fees are separate. CTS course completion does not issue an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate, authorize flight, replace hands-on aircraft training, or guarantee an examination result. Review the FAA’s current certification process and the requirements that apply to your operations.
References and affiliations
References to standards, agencies, examination bodies, departments, or third-party materials do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or approval unless expressly documented.
