CTS Command Labs provides focused command training built around realistic decisions, practical exercises, evaluator feedback, and after-action review. Initial Incident Command Lab is the first program and is in production.

CTS Department Development Services is being developed for training needs assessment, local program design, implementation planning, policy review, and follow-up evaluation.
Planned scenario content and configured instructor and participant hardware packages will support departments that want ready-to-use training and deployment options.
CTS can account for department staffing, apparatus, automatic and mutual aid, local policies, response assignments, instructor experience, and the training need being addressed.
