Public websites covered by this notice
This notice applies to the public pages at commandtrainingsystem.com, tactrium.app, and commercial.commandtrainingsystem.com. Authenticated customer services and CTS Learning may present additional privacy information for those services.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact CTS by email, request a demonstration, ask for pricing, or otherwise communicate with us, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide.
When you use a CTS website contact form, the information you enter is transmitted to Command Training Systems through our public contact service and delivered to the appropriate CTS mailbox through Google Workspace. The form may include your name, email address, phone number, department or organization, role, location, timing, and the message you choose to submit.
The contact service records limited delivery and abuse-prevention information, such as the request time, inquiry category, delivery status, and hashed connection or email identifiers. The public contact database does not store the message body.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the public websites, such as IP address, browser information, request time, requested page, and security signals.
How information is used
CTS may use information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare demonstrations or proposals, provide requested support, maintain business records, and operate or protect our services.
Service providers
CTS may use service providers that host, secure, or support the websites and related business systems. CTS does not use these public websites to run behavioral advertising.
Retention
Correspondence and operational records may be retained as reasonably needed for business, support, security, record keeping, or legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by the type of record.
External links
The public websites link to CTS Learning, the authenticated TACTRIUM™ application, email services, and other destinations. Separate services may have their own privacy practices.
