Department Login

The Department Login page asks for a Department Access ID so the site can direct an authorized user to the correct secure department sign-in. The public website does not ask for or process the user's department password or Cloudflare Access one-time code. The Access ID is used for routing and is not intentionally stored by the public-site application.

Technical information

Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect this site may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and security logs.

Future features

If we add demo-request forms, customer accounts, analytics, billing or other commercial services, this notice will be updated to explain what information is collected and how it is used.

Private training environments

Department training environments and the future commercial application are separate from this public website. They use their own access controls and will have data-handling rules appropriate to those services.
